Sharing One Domain Across Multiple Creators

One Domain, Many Creators

If you manage more than one creator (an Agency Pro feature), you can share one parent domain across multiple creators by giving each creator their own path on that domain. It's possible — but we strongly recommend a separate domain per creator instead. Read the risk below before you decide.

The Risk — Please Read First

Putting more than one creator on the same domain puts every creator on that domain at risk together. Instagram, Meta, and adult-platform integrity systems enforce against a domain's reputation, not per-account — so if a single creator on the shared domain gets flagged, the domain itself becomes compromised and every other creator on it can be flagged too. One custom domain per creator isolates that risk completely: a flag on one creator can never spill onto another.

Because of this, when you share a domain LinkHaven shows a warning you must acknowledge before it will proceed. Sharing is there for genuine single-brand/umbrella cases — not as a default.

How Sharing Works

The first creator on the domain lives at the root — like yourdomain.com. Each additional creator gets their own path — like yourdomain.com/creator-two, yourdomain.com/creator-three, and so on. Visitors land on the right creator's page based on the URL they typed or clicked. (Once a domain is shared, the bare root only works for a creator who has no path — otherwise visitors need the full path.)

Setting It Up

  1. Get the parent domain into LinkHaven first. Either buy it through us or import a domain you already own (see How to Buy a Custom Domain or How to Import a Domain You Already Own). It has to be active before you can share it.
  2. Attach the first creator. When you set up the domain, the first creator goes at the root.
  3. Attach more creators with "Share a Domain". The Share a Domain button appears on the Custom Domains page (and in the Custom Domain section of any creator's edit page) for Agency Pro accounts. It opens a modal where you pick the domain and give the new creator a path. You'll see the risk warning and have to acknowledge it, then the creator is attached.

Choosing the Path

LinkHaven auto-assigns each new creator a path based on their handle, so you usually don't need to think about it. If you want a different path, you can adjust it from the creator's edit page after attaching.

Sharing vs. Separate Domains

  • A separate domain per creator (recommended) — each creator's risk is fully isolated; a flag on one can never affect another. You can buy one in seconds inside LinkHaven.
  • One shared domain — a single web address a fan base recognizes, at the cost of a shared reputation: if any creator on it is flagged, the whole domain (and everyone on it) can be affected.

One Creator Per Domain Still Holds

Sharing doesn't break the one-creator-per-domain rule — each creator is still on exactly one domain at a time. Sharing just means multiple creators happen to be on the same parent.
