Put Another Creator on a Domain That's Already Set Up

If you've already brought a domain into LinkHaven — either by buying it or by importing one you own — you can attach additional creators to that same domain in seconds. No new DNS records, no payment, no waiting for validation. This is an Agency Pro feature.

Read This First — Shared-Domain Risk

Sharing a domain means every creator on it shares one reputation. If any one of them is flagged by Instagram, Meta, or an adult-platform integrity system, the whole domain — and every creator on it — can be flagged too, because platforms enforce against the domain, not the individual account. We strongly recommend one domain per creator instead, and LinkHaven will show a warning you must acknowledge before sharing. See Sharing One Domain Across Multiple Creators for the full picture.

When to Use This (vs. Import a Domain)

  • Share a Domain is for adding a creator to a domain that's already in your LinkHaven dashboard.
  • Import a Domain is for bringing in a domain for the first time (you connect it at your registrar).

If your domain is already showing up under Custom Domains, you want Share a Domain.

How to Add a Creator

  1. From your dashboard, open the Custom Domains page (or the Custom Domain section of a creator's edit page).
  2. Click Share a Domain. (Agency Pro accounts see this button; if none of your domains are active and ready to share yet, the modal tells you so.)
  3. Pick the domain you want to attach a creator to.
  4. Pick the creator. The picker only shows creators who aren't already on another domain — if a creator you want is missing, you'll need to disconnect them first.
  5. Enter a path for this creator (like creator-name), then acknowledge the shared-domain risk warning to confirm. The creator is attached at yourdomain.com/creator-name, and the domain card updates to show the new creator.

What Changes for the Original Creator

If your domain previously had only one creator at the root, attaching a second creator auto-promotes the domain to shared mode. The original creator is moved to their own path automatically (based on their handle) — so any links they'd already shared pointing at the bare root will change. The new creator gets their own path too.

What Doesn't Change

  • The domain's DNS records — already in place
  • Your payment for the domain — no extra charge to attach more creators
