Up to 8 domains per creator, one seat

Each creator on LinkHaven can run up to 8 domains on a single seat. It's built for paid ads: give every ad its own domain, keep each ad's risk separate from your other domains, and see exactly which ad drives your traffic. To add a domain for a creator you already have, duplicate one of their landing pages and connect the new domain.

The words we use

  • Creator: one person your audience knows by one name (one persona). Each creator uses one seat and can have up to 8 landing pages.
  • Landing page: what visitors see: the photo, bio and destination links. Each landing page has its own stats and is shown on one domain.
  • Domain: a website name, like yourdomain.com. You buy domains through LinkHaven or connect ones you already own. Domains are paid for separately, as always.
  • LinkHaven URL: every landing page's starter URL on linkhaven.ai, like linkhaven.ai/jade-rose-2. It works until the landing page is on a domain. After that it shows "not found", so share the domain instead.
  • Destination links: the buttons on a landing page and where they send visitors, like the button to your paid page or to Instagram.
  • Display name and internal label: the name visitors see, and a private name only your team sees.
  • Duplicate: the menu action that makes another landing page for the same creator. The new landing page is "the duplicate".

So one ad gets one domain, and one domain shows one landing page. A creator can have up to 8 of them on one seat.

Why we built this: a domain per ad

More and more creators promote themselves with paid ads, especially on Instagram. Once you run ads, one domain in your bio is no longer enough. We recommend giving each ad, or ad set, its own domain with its own landing page:

  • Lower risk. Each ad sends people to a different domain, so a problem with one ad's domain stays away from your other ads and from the domain in your bio.
  • You see which ad works. Each landing page has its own stats, so you can tell exactly which ad drove which visits and conversions.
  • No extra seats. Before, every extra landing page used a seat. Now all of a creator's landing pages share one seat, up to 8.

Tip: give each landing page an internal label that names its ad, like "Jade · Meta ad set A". Only your team sees it, and it appears wherever your landing pages are listed, including the analytics pickers.

Adding a domain for a creator you already have

Every domain needs its own landing page. To give a creator another one, duplicate one of their landing pages:

  1. On your dashboard, open the ⋮ menu on any of that creator's landing pages and choose Duplicate (on Agency Pro, the ? next to it explains what it does). On a phone, tap the Duplicate icon next to Edit. On Creator Pro, use the ⋮ next to Edit My Page, or the ⋮ on any landing page in your list.
  2. The duplicate is made straight away and opens in the editor. A note at the top shows how many of the creator's 8 landing pages are now in use. The duplicate keeps the display name, so visitors see the same name, and gets its own LinkHaven URL, like linkhaven.ai/jade-rose-2. Its internal label starts as the original's label (or display name) followed by "· page 2", "· page 3" and so on. Change it to name the new ad.
  3. Connect the new domain in the editor, and change any destination links you need to, such as swapping in that ad's tracking link.

Duplicated by mistake? Delete the duplicate from its ⋮ menu on your dashboard: choose Delete, then confirm Delete page.

What the duplicate includes: bio, destination links and their order, social icons, styling, theme, colors, images and GeoBlock settings.

What it doesn't include: the original landing page's domain, its stats (the duplicate starts at zero), any A/B test, or the private Instagram account in the Your Instagram field.

Why are my 18+ destination links hidden on the duplicate? 18+ destination links show only on a landing page's own domain, never on its LinkHaven URL. Until you connect the duplicate's domain, they stay visible to you in the editor, and they appear the moment the domain is connected.

Domains

  • A landing page shows its 18+ destination links only once it's on its own domain.
  • Buy a domain in LinkHaven or connect one you already own. Domains are paid for separately, as always.
  • Once a landing page is on a domain, its LinkHaven URL stops working, so share the domain.
  • Give every landing page its own domain. Each domain keeps its own reputation, so a problem with one never affects your other landing pages. That is exactly what a domain per ad is for.
  • On the Custom Domains screen, a creator's domains are shown together under their name. Once you have a few domains, you can search by domain or creator name and, when more than one creator has domains, show just one creator's domains.

Your dashboard

Agency Pro. A creator with two or more landing pages shows as one row with an "N pages" tag and the totals across all their landing pages (the conversion rate is total conversions divided by total unique visits). Click the row to see their landing pages underneath. Each one keeps its own ⋮ menu with View, Edit, Duplicate and Delete. The row shows the name and photo of the creator's first landing page, so drag a different landing page to the top to change them. You can drag a whole creator up or down, or reorder the landing pages within a creator. Search finds a creator or any of their landing pages. The count at the top counts creators, because that is what a seat is. On a phone, each creator is one card with a "Show N pages" button.

Creator Pro. With two or more landing pages, your Overview shows your totals and a list of your landing pages, each with its own Edit and ⋮ menu. Performance Analytics and Geolocation get a landing page picker, so you can see all your landing pages together or pick one to see how each of its destination links is doing. The Sentinel AI switch on the Security screen covers all your landing pages at once.

Seats and the 8-landing-page limit

  • Seats count creators, not landing pages or domains. Duplicate never uses a seat; Add Creator always does.
  • Each creator can have up to 8 landing pages, paused ones included. At 8, Duplicate is greyed out.
  • Need more than 8 domains for one persona? Use Add Creator to start a second creator for that persona. It uses a seat.

Deleting a landing page

Deleting one of a creator's landing pages removes only that landing page, and its destination links and stats are gone for good. The creator's other landing pages stay. Deleting a creator's last landing page removes the creator and frees their seat.

Moving to a plan with fewer seats

If you move to a plan with fewer seats than you have creators, whole creators are removed, with all of their landing pages; a creator never loses just some of them. Before you confirm, the plan change lists exactly which creators would go, with how many landing pages each has, starting from the bottom of your dashboard. Reorder your dashboard first to choose which ones stay.

Team access

If a manager on your team has access to selected creators, a landing page you add with Duplicate to one of those creators is shared with them automatically.

Moving a landing page to a different creator

If a landing page ends up under the wrong creator, don't delete it. Contact support and we'll move it for you; its domain, destination links and stats move with it.

One creator, one persona

Every landing page under a creator must promote that same persona. Landing pages for different people belong under different creators, each with its own seat, so use Add Creator for someone new. One persona can have several accounts elsewhere, for example a free and a paid subscription account, or two Instagram accounts.

We regularly check that each creator's landing pages belong together, using the display name, social handles and accounts on each landing page. If a creator's landing pages look like different people, we'll contact you before anything changes. If a landing page turns out to be someone else's, we move it to its own creator, which uses a seat.

If your landing pages were grouped for you

When we launched this, we grouped existing landing pages that clearly belonged to the same creator, based on the accounts and handles on each landing page. Nothing on your landing pages or domains changed. If we put a landing page under the wrong creator, reply to our email or contact support and we'll move it.

Common questions

Do visitors see anything different? No. Each domain still shows its own landing page, exactly as before.

Does this change my bill? Grouping frees seats but doesn't change your plan. Your price only changes if you change plans.

Are landing pages linked after duplicating? They're listed together under the same creator, with their stats added up. Editing one never changes another.

Can I duplicate a landing page to start a different creator? No. A duplicate always stays with the same creator. Use Add Creator for someone new.

Using the LinkHaven API? In the API, a "creator" means one landing page. Duplicating one through the API works exactly like Duplicate on your dashboard: the new landing page belongs to the same creator and uses no seat, up to 8. Creating one through the API starts a new creator, which uses a seat. The API's seat count counts creators.
