Welcome to LinkHaven.ai ("LinkHaven," "we," "our," or "us"), a link-in-bio platform operated by RAP Inc., a Wyoming corporation.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at linkhaven.ai, all associated subdomains, custom domains configured through our platform, and all related services, features, and tools (collectively, the "Service").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. LinkHaven is designed for content creators and agencies who manage their online presence through personalized link-in-bio profiles. Some creators may use the platform to link to age-restricted content hosted on third-party platforms.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access most features, you must create an account via Google OAuth or Magic Link. You are responsible for maintaining account security and must notify us at support@linkhaven.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Service Description and Plans

LinkHaven allows creators and agencies to build personalized landing pages with profile photos, bios, social links, and customizable themes. Plans include Free Starter ($0/month), Creator Pro ($18/month), and Agency Pro (from $39/month with volume discounts).

4. Payment, Billing, and Subscriptions

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. New paid subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

5. Custom Domains

Paid plan subscribers can purchase custom domains through LinkHaven. Domains are registered through a third-party registrar and managed via Cloudflare for DNS and SSL.
