Page Not Loading

Clear your browser cache and try again. If using a custom domain, DNS propagation can take up to a few hours after setup. Check your domain status in the dashboard.

Links Not Working

Verify the URL is correct and includes https://. Test the link in a new browser tab. If the destination site is down, your link will appear broken too.

Custom Domain Not Resolving

DNS propagation typically takes minutes but can take up to a few hours. Check your domain status in the dashboard. If it's been more than 24 hours, contact support.

Analytics Not Showing

New pages need at least one visitor before analytics appear. Bot-filtered analytics may show lower numbers than expected — this is normal and accurate.

MotionAvatar Not Generating

Ensure your photo meets requirements: clear face, good lighting, minimum 512x512 pixels. Check that you have available credits in your monthly pool.
