Subscription Management

All subscription management happens in your dashboard settings.

Upgrading

Upgrade from Creator Pro to Agency Pro — or move up to a bigger Agency Pro seat tier — at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. (If you're still in your trial, plan changes are free and instant: your trial just continues on the new plan.)

Downgrading

Downgrade at any time — you keep your current plan and features until the end of your billing period. If your new plan has fewer creator seats than you're using, the creators over your new limit (the bottom of your dashboard) are permanently removed when the downgrade takes effect. We show you exactly which ones and ask you to confirm first. To choose what stays, drag those creators to the top of your dashboard beforehand. Their pages and analytics are deleted permanently; a custom domain you registered is kept and can be reattached to another creator. (During a trial, the change — and removal — happen immediately.)

Canceling

Cancel from your dashboard. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period. After that your account becomes inactive — there is no free tier — and your content is retained if you resubscribe.

Billing Cycles

Choose monthly or annual billing. Annual saves money. You can switch cycles at any time — not just at renewal:

• Monthly to annual: takes effect immediately; you pay the prorated difference right away.
• Annual to monthly: takes effect immediately, and nothing is charged today. The unused time on your annual plan is credited to your account and automatically applied to your upcoming monthly invoices — you won't pay again until that credit runs out.

Payment Info

Update your payment method from the billing section. All payments processed securely through Stripe.
