LinkHaven's paid plans — Creator Pro and Agency Pro — let you invite managers: teammates who get their own secure login to help run your account, without sharing your password or your billing.

Manager Access is not the same as the Multi-Creator Dashboard:

  • Multi-Creator Dashboard — you manage many creator pages from your login.
  • Manager Access — other people log in as themselves, with permissions you control.

What a manager can do (you decide)

Each manager only gets the access you grant. Toggle these per person:

  • Manage creators — edit creator pages, links, and themes
  • Buy domains — purchase and connect custom domains
  • Buy credits — top up the shared MotionAvatar AI pool
  • Modify account — change account-level settings

Scope: all creators, or just some

On Agency Pro, scope each manager to your whole roster or only selected creators. On Creator Pro, a manager helps with your single creator page.

How to invite a manager

  1. Open Team in your dashboard
  2. Click Invite Manager and enter their email
  3. Set their permissions (and creator scope on Agency Pro)
  4. They sign in with Google or a secure magic link
  5. Adjust or revoke their access anytime from the Team page

Good to know

  • Managers have their own login — no password sharing
  • Managers don't count toward your creator seats and aren't billed separately
  • Change a manager's permissions or remove them at any time
  • Every manager action is recorded in your account's activity log
