Changing Your Plan

All plan changes happen in your dashboard's billing settings and are self-service.

Creator Pro → Agency Pro

Managing more than one creator? Upgrade to Agency Pro (from $49/month for 5 creators). The upgrade takes effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period.

Changing Your Agency Pro Seat Tier

Agency Pro comes in 15 seat tiers from 5 creators ($49/month) up to 200 creators ($1,805/month) — the more seats, the lower the per-creator price. Moving up a tier is immediate with prorated billing. Moving down takes effect at the end of your billing period; if you're using more creator seats than the new tier allows, you'll be shown exactly which creators would be removed and asked to confirm first.

During a Trial

Plan changes during your 14-day trial are free and instant — your trial simply continues on the new plan, and your card is charged the new plan's rate when the trial ends.

Agency Pro → Creator Pro

Downgrading to Creator Pro takes effect at the end of your billing period. Creator Pro supports one creator, so the same over-limit confirmation applies.
